Personalised Balloons, Gifts & Decoration in Gurgaon

A name on a balloon, a thank-you note with a return gift, or a glowing number in your party backdrop can make the celebration feel more personal. At Funzoop, explore names, ages, short messages and colour combinations for birthdays, anniversaries, welcome-baby celebrations and office events.

Visit our AIPL Joy Street store or share your idea with us. We will confirm suitable products, personalisation options, pricing and preparation time for your date. Discuss your personalisation on WhatsApp.

Personalised Balloons & Milestone Arrangements

Names & Short Messages on Selected Balloons

Add a name, age or short greeting to a suitable bubble (bobo) or foil balloon. Ask about vinyl lettering, available text colours and the space needed for your message; the wording and finish depend on the selected balloon.

• Birthday messages such as “Happy 40th, Divya!”
• Welcome messages such as “Welcome Home, Aarav”
• Anniversary greetings, initials or a short message for a colleague

Keep balloon messages short so the lettering stays readable. We will confirm the wording that fits rather than applying one character limit to every design.

Age, Initials & Milestone Numbers

Choose number foils for an age or anniversary, or alphabet balloons to spell a name or display initials. Coordinate the surrounding balloons and ribbons with your preferred colours; number sizes, colours and changes to a bouquet are subject to stock and design suitability.

For a larger display, ask about our number and letter balloon mosaics. These are balloon-filled displays; light-up numbers are a separate option.

Personalised Return Gifts & Hamper Presentation

Name Labels & Thank-You Tags

Ask about adding the birthday child's name, age or a short thank-you message to selected gift bags or boxes. Share the theme, quantity and wording so we can confirm a suitable label or tag format and preparation time.

Ideas include “Samaira’s 5th Birthday” or “Thank you for celebrating with me! Love, Kabir”. Choose a coordinated colour scheme for all the gifts, or enquire about individual recipient names where required.

Greeting Notes for Hampers

Make a hamper more personal with a greeting, recipient name and sender's name. Ask about note cards for birthdays, anniversaries, festive gifts and employee or client gifting; the card format and any printing charges will be confirmed with your order.

Personalisation in this section refers to the gift presentation. Names or messages directly on the gift itself need a separate enquiry.

LED & Neon Add-ons for Room Decoration

Light-Up Milestone Numbers

Ask about adding LED numbers to a birthday, anniversary or company milestone setup. Share the number and available space so we can confirm suitable sizes, placement, power requirements and whether the items are supplied on hire.

Occasion Neon Signs on Hire

Enquire about ready-made sign wording such as “Happy Birthday”, “Oh Baby”, “Bride to Be” or “Let’s Party” to complement a balloon backdrop. Available wording, colours and hire terms depend on the sign and your event date.

View our birthday balloon and neon decoration or balloon ring decoration for setup ideas. A sign is included only when it is listed in the confirmed package.

A Custom Neon Name Sign to Keep

If you would like a made-to-order LED neon name or short phrase to keep after the party, send us your text, preferred colour and approximate size. We will check sourcing, design feasibility, production time and the purchase price before confirming the order.

A purchased keepsake sign is different from a rental sign. Installation, collection of hired items and any deposit or return requirements will be specified in your quote.

More Ways to Make the Setup Yours

Coordinate personalised balloon text with a name banner, welcome board or backdrop. Your catalogue options include DIY name banners and themed decoration with a customised board.

For office events, share the company name, milestone and brand colours. Ask about suitable text, signage and colour coordination through our corporate balloon decoration collection. Logo artwork or photo-based printing needs a separate feasibility check.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which balloons can carry a name or message?

Selected bubble and foil balloons can be personalised. Send the balloon or bouquet link and your wording so we can confirm the suitable surface, lettering and available space.

Can I change the age or number in a bouquet?

Ask us for the required digits and colours. We will check stock and whether the change suits the arrangement, then confirm any price difference.

Can return gifts have a name or thank-you message?

Enquire about labels or tags on selected gift bags and boxes. Share the wording, theme and quantity; printing directly on the gift is not automatically included.

Are LED numbers and neon signs rented or purchased?

It depends on the agreed option. Event signs and light-up numbers may be supplied on hire, while a made-to-order keepsake sign is quoted as a purchase. Confirm the terms and return requirements before booking.

How much notice is needed, and what does personalisation cost?

Lead time and price depend on the item, wording, quantity and any sourcing or artwork needed. Contact us with your event date for a quote; urgent requests need confirmation.

Do you deliver personalised orders in Gurgaon?

Eligible products and air-filled arrangements can be delivered in serviceable areas, subject to minimum order value, charges and scheduling. Helium-filled balloons currently require store collection. Venue installation is confirmed separately.
