Cancellation/Return and Refund policy
All cancellations to the order shall be made before 24 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund will be admissible once the 24hr delivery window starts.
Applicable bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please send your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org clearly specifying the following:
- Order No
- Reason for cancellation
- Account/Credit Card details for crediting the refund amount.
Once the cancellation request is received, our team will initiate the process and you will be intimated on the status in next 72 hours.
We process the refund within 2-3 working days from the receipt of refund request. The actual credit or settlement into your account may take further 5 to 7 working days from the Payment Gateway Service provider depending upon the mode of payment.
Refund will be applicable under the following conditions:
Order was cancelled 24 hours in advance before the delivery date.
Order could not be delivered to the recipient for reasons other than wrong address provided by the ordering customer or non-availability of the receipt at the delivery address.
If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
In all matters concerning Cancellation and Refund Funzoop’s decision will be final.
The Cancellation And Refund Policy is subject to change from time to time by Funzoop without any notice.
