1. Which all cities do you cater to?

2. Do you sell Hydrogen balloons?
Unfortunately we don't sell Hydrogen balloons due to safety reasons.

Hydrogen being a highly flammable gas, it is not recommended for balloons inflation due to the risk of fire or explosion if the gas comes into contact with a spark or open flame.

3. I have my own balloons and want them to be helium inflated. Can you do that?
Sorry, we do not inflate balloons purchased from outside.

4. How much time it takes for the order to be delivered?
We need 2-3 working hrs to deliver the order. All orders booked after 7 PM can be delivered only on the following working day. 

5. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All Delhi NCR orders cancelled till the time of delivery are eligible for 100% refund. The refund is processed within 2-3 days and is reflected in payee's account within 7-10 days. You can send a mail to support@funzoop.com or call our customer service at +91 84 3004 3004 or 92 8923 8181(between 10 AM - 8 PM All 7 days). For the outstation orders, while the cancellations before despatch will not attract any cancellation charges. However once the order has been despatched, any cancellation will be processed only after the unused items are returned by the recipient.

6. Do you take bulk orders for corporates?
Yes, we do. For bulk order please mail us at support(at)funzoop.com for details.

7. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Yes we do. Please call our customer service at +91 84 3004 3004 or 92 8923 8181 (between 11 AM - 9 PM) Monday through Saturday.

8. Is is safe to purchase online through your website.
Funzoop DOES NOT store any financial data for our customers and the payments are processed directly through EBS payment gateway thus minimizing the data security risks.

9. What is your delivery mode?
For Gurgaon deliveries our team will personally deliver all orders.

10. How much time a typical balloon decoration takes?

• Simple Balloon Arrangement: Basic balloon decorations, such as creating a small balloon bouquet can typically be done between 30 minutes to an hour.
• Balloon Centerpieces: Centerpieces for tables or stages usually are more complex to set-up and depending on the design intricacy these can take between 1 to 2 hrs. This includes arranging and securing the balloons in an attractive manner.
• Balloon Arches, Walls, and Backdrops: These types of arrangements are generally more elaborate in design and larger in size and require detailed planning and creating complex patterns and shapes. It can take anything between 2 - 6 hours to complete the setup.

It's important to note that these time estimates are general guidelines, and the actual time required may vary based on your exact requirement in terms of size and complexity. It's always a good idea to budget a little extra time for any unforeseen challenges that may arise during the decoration process.
