1. Which all cities do you cater to?
Funzoop currently caters to Gurgaon and will be expanding to other parts of Delhi NCR soon.

2. What is your delivery mode?
For Gurgaon and Delhi NCR deliveries our team will personally deliver all orders while outstation deliveries to other parts of India are couriered through reputed couriers.

3. Do you charge anything for delivery?
All orders above Rs. 500 are delivered FREE while the orders upto Rs. 500 attract a flat delivery charges of 100 per order.

4. How much time it takes for the order to be delivered?
All Delhi NCR orders booked before 12 PM are delivered the same day, while those booked after 12 PM will be delivered the next day. For outstation order it takes 3-5 days for the order to be delivered.

5. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All Delhi NCR orders cancelled till the time of delivery are eligible for 100% refund. The refund is processed within 2-3 days and is reflected in payee's account within 7-10 days. You can send a mail to support@funzoop.com or call our customer service at +91 84 3004 3004 (between 10 AM - 8 PM) Monday through Saturday. For the outstation orders, while the cancellations before despatch will not attract any cancellation charges. However once the order has been despatched, any cancellation will be processed only after the unused items are returned by the receipient.

6. Do you take bulk orders for corporates?

7. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Yes we do. Please call our customer service at +91 84 3004 3004 (between 11 AM - 9 PM) Monday through Saturday.

8. Is is safe to purchase online through your website.
Funzoop DOES NOT store any financial data for our customers and the payments are processed directly through EBS payment gateway thus minimizing the data security risks.
