Birthday Balloon Ring & Marquee Number Decor

A balloon-covered metal ring and marquee numbers create a personalised milestone-birthday backdrop.

Plan this decoration around the part of the celebration you want guests to notice first. It can frame photographs, introduce a theme or define a celebration area, depending on the agreed layout. Share your preferred date, venue photographs and any personalisation requirements when requesting the arrangement so the final plan suits the available space.

Agree the personal name and milestone digits before preparation, including the exact spelling and number order. Check the final ring position with the venue so the lighting and any returnable props can be installed and collected as arranged.

Product Details

• Approximate ring setup size: 6–7 feet
• Chrome gold, rose gold and white balloon palette
• Latex and chrome balloons with metal ring frame
• LED marquee numbers and personalised name signage
• Ring frame, marquee numbers and signage props are returnable

How to Use

Confirm the digits, name spelling, power access and space for the six-to-seven-foot ring setup.

Before setup, clear furniture from the agreed display area and check access with the venue. Discuss permitted attachment points, nearby sockets if lighting is requested, and the position of doors or walkways. Keep sharp objects and direct heat away from balloons. Confirm any extras separately and arrange collection of returnable props where the package includes them.

Styling Suggestion

Use a restrained cake-table palette that echoes the gold, rose-gold and white balloons without hiding the lit numbers.

Use the display's main colours as a starting point for separately chosen tableware, invitations or a cake design. Leave enough plain space around the focal feature for photographs. Position additional decorations at different heights only where they do not hide the message or crowd the area guests will use.
