Cake Table Balloon Arch

A cake-table balloon arch frames the birthday cake and gives the celebration table a clear backdrop.

Plan this decoration around the part of the celebration you want guests to notice first. It can frame photographs, introduce a theme or define a celebration area, depending on the agreed layout. Share your preferred date, venue photographs and any personalisation requirements when requesting the arrangement so the final plan suits the available space.

Measure the cake table and the space behind it before requesting the final arch layout. Allow enough room for serving and photographs, and check that the balloons will not touch the cake, candles or table accessories.

How to Use

Share the table width and intended cake position before the layout is agreed. Keep space for serving and leave the cake accessible from the front.

Before setup, clear furniture from the agreed display area and check access with the venue. Discuss permitted attachment points, nearby sockets if lighting is requested, and the position of doors or walkways. Keep sharp objects and direct heat away from balloons. Confirm any extras separately and arrange collection of returnable props where the package includes them.

Styling Suggestion

Choose plain table linens and lower accessories so the arch and cake can be seen together in photographs.

Use the display's main colours as a starting point for separately chosen tableware, invitations or a cake design. Leave enough plain space around the focal feature for photographs. Position additional decorations at different heights only where they do not hide the message or crowd the area guests will use.
