Celebration Ceiling Balloon Decoration

A ceiling arrangement of 100 latex balloons creates an overhead birthday display, with curling ribbons adding detail below the balloons.

Plan this decoration around the part of the celebration you want guests to notice first. It can frame photographs, introduce a theme or define a celebration area, depending on the agreed layout. Share your preferred date, venue photographs and any personalisation requirements when requesting the arrangement so the final plan suits the available space.

How to Use

Check the ceiling height and finish with the team before booking. Plan the placement around lights, fans and the main seating area.

Before setup, clear furniture from the agreed display area and check access with the venue. Discuss permitted attachment points, nearby sockets if lighting is requested, and the position of doors or walkways. Keep sharp objects and direct heat away from balloons. Confirm any extras separately and arrange collection of returnable props where the package includes them.

Styling Suggestion

Use the shown blue-and-silver idea or an agreed alternative palette, then keep the table below comparatively simple.

Use the display's main colours as a starting point for separately chosen tableware, invitations or a cake design. Leave enough plain space around the focal feature for photographs. Position additional decorations at different heights only where they do not hide the message or crowd the area guests will use.
